Travelling professionals

Consultants, trainers, partners of professional firms, managers on the road. They stay 2 to 5 days, often returning over multi-year projects.

What you need: a quiet place to work in the evening, a proper desk, serious Wi-Fi, restaurants nearby for business dinners, a central location. A property where you can feel "at the hotel" without the noise of a large one.

Companies with agreement

Banks, healthcare institutions, professional firms, organisations that regularly send staff to Cagliari. Volumes from 10 to 100+ overnight stays per year.

What you need: stable negotiated rates, regular electronic invoicing, a single point of contact for bookings, long-term reliability. A simple procedure, no red tape.

What we offer

Four things that make the difference

1. Private underground parking in the city centre

A single parking space in our private underground garage, to be booked in advance, subject to availability. €10 per night for companies under agreement (€15 standard rate). In Cagliari's pedestrian centre, where parking costs €20-30 a day and takes 20 minutes to find, this is one of our strongest points — especially for those travelling by car.

2. An operational location, not a touristy one

Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, on the pedestrian street of the centre. 200 metres from the train station (direct train to the airport in 7 minutes). 200 metres from the port and the business district. 10 minutes on foot from banks, professional firms, the Regional headquarters. No mandatory taxis, no transfers, everything within walking distance.

3. Family-run, a single point of contact

Annalisa is your direct contact: for bookings, changes, invoices. The same person always answers — no call centre, no transfers between departments. In nearly twenty years of management we've built lasting relationships with corporate clients. Many have been coming back for years.

4. Suites with private lounge area for business meetings

The Chia and Giara Suites are 40 sqm rooms facing the Corso, with a dedicated lounge area (sofa and four chairs). They're ideal for those who need to host clients or colleagues in complete privacy: small business meetings of up to 4-6 people, without renting external venues, without commuting, without rigid schedules.

Rates for companies under agreement, 10% VAT included, valid for weekday stays (Mon-Thu) in low season (16 September – 31 May).

Minimum nightly rate, double for single use (1 person), in low season. Full details for each occupancy type (double, triple, quadruple), season and volume tiers are in the 2026 Corporate Agreement (PDF, Italian).
Chia and Giara Suites (40 sqm, Corso-facing) include a lounge area with sofa and 4 chairs, perfect for hosting clients in privacy.

☕ Breakfast voucher included

All companies under agreement receive an included breakfast voucher, redeemable at our partner cafés (4 venues within 100 metres of the property): choice of espresso, cappuccino or tea, with a pastry or savoury bun (pizzetta), plus still water. Anything else can be ordered and paid for directly at the counter.

High season (15 June – 15 September)

+30% surcharge on low-season corporate rates. Full rate table in the PDF Corporate Agreement.

Weekends in low season (Fri-Sun): rates to be agreed via email based on availability.

Volume discounts

Companies with significant volume receive additional cumulative annual discounts on top of the corporate rates:

  • ·100 – 199 nights/year: −5%
  • ·200 – 299 nights/year: −8%
  • ·Over 300 nights/year: −10% and dedicated conditions to be agreed

How to activate

Three steps, two emails

Request

Send an email to info@lesuitesulcorso.it with your company details (legal name, VAT number, SDI code, reference person). Or use the form below.

Confirmation within the week

We confirm by email the applicable rates and direct contacts for bookings. No contract to sign, no complex paperwork.

3

First booking

From then on, booking is simple: just guest name and dates. The same person always answers, usually within the same day.

Frequently asked questions

Corporate FAQ

How does invoicing work?

Electronic invoicing to the company's SDI code, one invoice per stay (never cumulative). 10% VAT always itemised. Deductible under current regulations for business travel.

How do I pay?

Payment at check-out: cash, card or bank transfer. On request we can provide bank details for advance transfer.

Can I cancel a booking?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. After that: first night charged. We understand business trips change — we're reasonable when it's reasonable.

How does parking work?

We have a single parking space in our private underground garage. It must be booked in advance, subject to availability: first-come, first-served. Cost: €10/night for companies under agreement (€15/night standard rate). If the space is already booked for your dates, we'll let you know at booking confirmation, before your arrival.

Can I work from my room or the lounge?

In your room you have a desk and Wi-Fi: ideal for email and video calls. The common lounge works for business meetings up to 8 people. For more structured meetings we suggest dedicated venues nearby — we're happy to recommend some.

Can I host clients or colleagues in my Suite?

Yes, the Chia and Giara Suites are designed for this too. They're 40 sqm rooms facing the Corso, with a dedicated lounge area (sofa and 4 chairs). Capacity up to 4-6 seated people, in complete privacy, with no time constraints. An ideal solution for hosting a visiting client, conducting an interview, or holding a small business meeting without having to rent an external meeting room.

Can I check in late?

Standard check-in 14:00-20:00. Late arrivals up to 23:00 on prior notice, no surcharge. After 23:00 we work it out case by case, but it's rarely a problem.
