About us
We're in the pedestrian heart of Cagliari, 200 metres from the train station and the port. An independent guesthouse with rooms and Suites, under the same management for almost twenty years.
Annalisa welcomes you at the reception in the afternoon and shares her local tips — restaurants, markets, beaches, day trips.

Where we are
We're right in the pedestrian zone, on one of Cagliari's liveliest streets. Bars, restaurants and aperitivo spots are literally below your window. The whole historic centre is a short walk away.

For those arriving
The Corso is pedestrian: taxis drop you off at the corner with Piazza Yenne, just a few metres from us. To recognise the right entrance, here are the three details to look for.
1. The townhouse
Look for the red townhouse with an orange tree in front and an arched door. Number 8.
2. The sign
To the right of the door, you'll find the plaque and a small window with photos of the rooms.
3. The intercom
Ring at the intercom with the engraved logo. The reception will answer.

Your way
Breakfast in Cagliari happens at the bar. Espresso, cappuccino, a fresh pastry at the counter — it's part of the morning, not a hotel routine. You have several partner cafés and bars within a short walk, to choose freely each day.
Breakfast is optional, at a small extra charge, and can be added when you book or paid for directly at the property.
If you'd rather not go out, you'll find a kettle for tea and instant coffee in your room, and a capsule coffee machine is always available in the common Saletta.
Common space
On the first floor, facing the Corso, a shared room with an in-house library dedicated to Sardinia: books on food, traditions, costumes, beaches, hiking and fiction.
You'll also find up-to-date tourist information to help plan your days, and a capsule coffee machine available for guests.
The space is also available for small business meetings, on request.
